Using the editor
Use the service only for lawful purposes and within the rights you hold. Do not bypass usage limits, manipulate credit balances, compromise accounts, interfere with the service or circumvent safety controls. You remain responsible for your uploads, prompts, generated results and their subsequent use.
AI content policy: prohibited content
This policy applies to all inputs and outputs, including prompts, uploaded photographs, generated or edited images, restoration and colorization requests, and material submitted to support. The following categories are prohibited, including synthetic or altered material and requests using indirect wording:
- Pornography and NSFW sexual content: Do not create, upload, request or distribute pornography, explicit nudity, sexual acts, fetish content, sexual exploitation or non-consensual intimate imagery. Do not use clothing removal or image editing to sexualize a person without consent.
- Graphic violence and gore: Do not generate or edit graphic injuries, mutilation, torture, executions, dismemberment or other extreme gore. Content encouraging violence, terrorism, self-harm or abuse is also prohibited.
- Hate speech and hateful imagery: Do not create content promoting hatred, dehumanization, discrimination or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or other protected characteristics. Do not promote violent extremist organizations.
- Child safety and CSAM: Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualized depictions of anyone under 18, grooming, and content facilitating child exploitation or abuse are strictly prohibited. This includes synthetic images, altered photographs and subjects presented as minors. Do not submit such material as a reference or attach it to a report.
- Deceptive deepfakes and impersonation: Do not impersonate another person, fabricate identity documents or evidence, falsely depict a real person as endorsing a product, or use deepfakes to deceive, defraud, harass or damage a person’s reputation. Non-consensual sexual deepfakes and edits violating privacy or publicity rights are prohibited.
- Copyright and trademark infringement: Do not upload, reproduce, modify or distribute content infringing another party’s copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property rights. Do not remove ownership marks to conceal infringement or create counterfeit branding. Only submit material you own or are otherwise authorized to use.
Other unlawful content, threats, stalking, doxxing, fraud and attempts to evade these restrictions are prohibited. A technical ability to produce an image does not make that use permitted.
Reporting prohibited content
Send content safety, abuse or intellectual property reports to support@image-to-image-ai.com with the subject “Content safety report”. Include the relevant website URL or generation job ID if available, the date, the category of concern, a short explanation and an address where we can reply. Rights holders should explain their relationship to the affected work or mark and identify the allegedly infringing material.
Provide only information needed for review. Do not email CSAM or other unlawful image files; identify the relevant job or location instead. We handle report information as described in the privacy policy.
Content review and handling procedure
Requests are processed through our configured AI provider, whose safety controls may refuse a request or prevent delivery. We do not claim that every image receives human review or that automated safeguards detect every violation. Our service also uses account checks, rate limits and generation limits to restrict misuse.
- Receive and assess: We review reports sent to support, assess their severity and check available request, account and transaction records. Credible child-safety concerns, threats and other serious unlawful content receive priority.
- Investigate: Where needed, we request clarification from the reporter or account holder and review available content or provider information. We do not have a public user gallery, and provider-hosted files may already have expired; reports should identify the relevant job whenever possible.
- Act: If a violation is established, or temporary restrictions are needed during a serious investigation, we may refuse generation, restrict or suspend account access, withdraw unused promotional/free credits, and remove affected records or disable access to content under our control. We may request action from a third-party host for externally hosted material. Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent termination.
- Notify and reconsider: Where appropriate and lawful, we notify affected users of the outcome and reason. A user may appeal by emailing the same address with the relevant job/account reference and an explanation. We review appeals and correct actions where the available evidence supports doing so.
We may retain limited evidence needed to investigate abuse, meet applicable obligations or resolve a dispute, and cooperate with valid legal requests. Review times depend on severity and available evidence. Purchased balances and payment refunds are considered separately under payment terms and applicable consumer rights; they are not automatically forfeited because a report is received.
AI outputs and provider disclosure
The editor provides a selection of image models accessed through Replicate. Each model has its own displayed credit cost and fixed output settings. The guest trial uses GPT Image 1.5 only. Outputs may contain errors or change faces, text, brands and other details. AI-generated images should not be represented as authentic evidence of real events. You are responsible for reviewing results and checking necessary rights before publication or commercial use. Availability, accuracy and suitability for a particular purpose are not guaranteed.
Free credits and purchases
Guest access allows one standard image per server-identified source. Verified accounts receive 8 free credits per UTC day. Daily free credits reset at 00:00 UTC, do not accumulate, and are separate from purchased credits. The default GPT Image 1.5 model costs 4 credits per image; other selectable models cost 6–12 credits. Daily 8-credit allowances cover two default-model images or fewer higher-cost images and do not accumulate. Credits belong to this website and do not transfer to other services. The application returns reserved credits for service failures. If purchases are enabled, checkout displays the product, price and payment terms before payment.
Payment questions and refunds
Contact support@image-to-image-ai.com about duplicate charges, missing purchased credits or payment errors. Payment refunds are handled through the payment provider and applicable consumer rights remain unaffected. Do not purchase a pack unless its displayed terms meet your needs.
